We provide fractional marketing management services, including:
Marketing strategy development
Campaign planning and execution

Marketing consulting and advisory services
Engagement terms
Proposals and Acceptance: All work begins with a written proposal that outlines the scope, timeline, and fees. Work commences upon receipt of your written acceptance and the signing of a contract.
Scope changes: Any changes to the agreed scope must be confirmed in writing and may result in additional fees.
Collaboration: Successful delivery requires your active participation, including providing necessary information, access, and timely feedback.
Payment terms
Fees: As outlined in your specific proposal or contract.
Payment: Monthly invoicing for ongoing work, or as agreed in project proposals. Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date.
Late payment: We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts and suspend services until payment is received.
Expenses: Any pre-agreed expenses will be invoiced separately, accompanied by receipts.
Intellectual property
Your IP: You retain ownership of your existing brand assets, content, and intellectual property.
Our IP: We retain ownership of our methodologies, templates, and proprietary tools.
Work product: Marketing materials created specifically for you become your property upon full payment, unless they incorporate our proprietary methods.
Third-party content: You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content, images, or materials you provide.
Confidentiality
We will keep your business information confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
Cancellation and termination
Notice period: Either party may terminate ongoing arrangements with 30 days' written notice.
Project work: Project-based work cannot be cancelled once commenced without payment for work completed.
Immediate termination: We reserve the right to terminate immediately in cases of non-payment or breach of these terms.
Liability and warranties
Performance: We will provide services with reasonable skill and care but cannot guarantee specific business outcomes.
Limitation: Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
Excluded damages: We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, or consequential damages.
Third-party platforms: We are not responsible for changes to third-party platforms (social media, advertising platforms, etc.) that may affect your campaigns.
Data and compliance
We will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Notice and applicable data protection laws.
You are responsible for ensuring your marketing activities comply with relevant regulations (GDPR, advertising standards, etc.).
General terms
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of England.
Disputes: Any disputes will be resolved through the English courts.
Entire agreement: These terms, together with your specific proposal, constitute the entire agreement.
Updates: We reserve the right to update these terms from time to time. Check our website for the latest version.
